THIS PIN WAS FOUND IN A VACANT LOT IN SPOKANE WA. WITH SIGNS THAT THERE WAS A HOUSE AND THAT THERE WAS A FIRE THERE. I WAS VERY LUCKY TO FIND THIS ITEM FOR THERE IS A LOT OF GARBAGE THERE.
